Wrap Around Care

We provide first class care before and after school. Our priority is to support working parents by offering first-class care in a nurturing environment that complements the high standard of education experienced during the school day.

Operated by a team comprising Beauclerc and Chennestone staff, as well as Premier Education Coaches, our Before and After School Clubs ensure continuity and familiarity for the children. This setup enables a seamless transition from the school day to the wraparound care, fostering a sense of security and belonging.

Our Clubs are committed to providing a positive start and finish to your child's day, offering a safe and welcoming environment where every child feels valued. Our dedicated staff members are not only qualified but also aligned with the ethos of our schools to ensure consistent care and support.

Our breakfast and after school clubs are  run at Chennestone and are also available to our children who attend Beauclerc Infant and Nursery School.  Our breakfast club offers a nurturing environment for children to have a healthy and nutritious start to their day. It is a great opportunity for children to socialise with their peers in a relaxed setting before school begins. After the breakfast session, Beauclerc children join our staff on a walking bus from Chennestone to Beauclerc. Similarly, Beauclerc children are accompanied by our staff on a walking bus from Beauclerc to Chennestone for the after school club session.

To maintain the quality of our services and adhere to safety regulations, we have a limit of 30 places available, requiring advance booking through Scopay with a sufficient credit balance. Detailed information regarding bookings and pricing can be found in the attached information booklet.

Opening Hours:

• The BAC Breakfast Club operates from 7.45am to 8.30am.
• The BAC After School Club runs from 3.15pm to 6.00pm on weekdays.

Please note that the After School Club does not operate on the last day of term, and occasional closures will be communicated through the Newsletter. Parents of Beauclerc children attending the Breakfast Club at Chennestone are kindly requested to escort them to the main reception for supervision.

Fees:

BAC Breakfast Club

• From September 2024: £5.00 per session (inclusive of breakfast).

BAC After School Club

• From September 2024:  £14.50 (£16.00 for late booking. Please speak to the school office about discounts for siblings)

After School Club Activities:

• Daily varied activities including sports, arts and crafts, reading, and more.

Daily 60 minute Sports Sessions – run by Premier Coaches
